Disclaimer

This Disclaimer explains the limits of the information and services provided by Visa Support Thailand. It is meant to help website visitors and clients understand what we do, what we do not do, and where responsibility remains with official authorities or the client.

  • General information only, not legal advice
  • No government affiliation and no guarantee of approval
  • Clear explanation of service limits, fees, and responsibility

What This Disclaimer Covers

This page is designed to explain, in plain language, the limits of our website content and service relationship so clients know what to expect before using Visa Support Thailand.

Information Only

Website content, emails, messages, calls, and documents are for general information and may not reflect every current policy or local office practice.

Not Government

We are a private visa support business and are not part of Thai Immigration, the Royal Thai Police, embassies, or consulates.

No Guaranteed Result

Visa decisions, timelines, and outcomes are determined by the relevant authorities, not by us.

Client Responsibility

You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information and documents for your case to move correctly.

1) General information only

Content on this website, and information provided in emails, messages, calls, meetings, checklists, or documents, is for general information purposes only. It is not a substitute for checking current official requirements with the relevant authority handling your matter.

Immigration rules, local office practices, documentary expectations, fees, timelines, and acceptable supporting evidence can change with little or no notice. Even when a rule appears clear, the practical handling of a case can vary by office, officer, visa type, nationality, timing, and supporting documents.

You should verify critical requirements directly with the relevant authority before relying on them for travel, deadlines, or legal status decisions.

2) No government affiliation

Visa Support Thailand is a private visa and immigration support business. We are not a government agency and we are not affiliated with Thai Immigration, the Royal Thai Police, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, any embassy, any consulate, or any other public authority.

Official decisions are made solely by the government authority or institution handling your matter. Any approval, refusal, request for additional documents, timing, or policy interpretation remains outside our control.

4) No guarantee of approval or specific outcome

We cannot guarantee visa approval, extension approval, work permit approval, re-entry permission, school acceptance, embassy acceptance, processing speed, travel date compatibility, or any other specific outcome.

Immigration authorities and related institutions decide whether to approve, reject, delay, request more information, or change requirements. Those decisions are made at their sole discretion and may be influenced by facts outside our knowledge or control.

No statement by us should be interpreted as a promise of success, an assurance of timing, or a guarantee that a specific result will happen.

5) Client responsibility

You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, current, and truthful information and documents. This includes passport information, prior visa history, travel dates, financial documents, employment or school records, addresses, relationship documents, and any other records relevant to your case.

We are not responsible for refusals, delays, penalties, missed deadlines, or complications caused by:

  • missing, false, altered, or inconsistent information supplied by you or third parties;
  • late delivery of documents or incomplete responses;
  • undisclosed prior immigration issues, overstays, refusals, or restrictions;
  • changes in your situation that were not promptly communicated to us;
  • your failure to follow instructions, attend appointments, or submit required information on time.

6) Fees, costs, and timelines

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, our service fees do not automatically include government fees, embassy fees, courier costs, translations, legalizations, insurance, school tuition, tax costs, banking charges, medical checks, travel costs, accommodation, or any other third-party expense.

Any timeline we provide is an estimate only. Estimated timeframes can change due to public holidays, policy changes, staff shortages, system outages, document issues, authority requests, or case volume at the relevant office.

Quotes, pricing, and processing expectations may change if requirements change, if extra work becomes necessary, or if your case turns out to be more complex than first understood.

7) Third-party services and links

Our website or service may include links to, coordination with, or referral to third parties such as schools, employers, translators, insurers, couriers, accountants, lawyers, banks, booking services, or external websites.

We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, fees, decisions, timelines, security, or quality of service. A link or coordination step does not mean that we control or guarantee that third party.

If you use a third-party service, your relationship with that party is between you and them, subject to their own terms and policies.

8) Testimonials and case examples

Testimonials, reviews, and case examples on the website or in marketing materials reflect individual experiences. They are included to show examples of client feedback and should not be interpreted as a promise that another client will have the same result.

Every immigration case is different. Outcomes vary by nationality, timing, visa history, financial position, documentation, office practice, and official discretion.

9) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visa Support Thailand is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from website use or service use. This includes, without limitation, lost time, missed travel, missed bookings, denied boarding, hotel losses, courier delays, business interruption, reputational harm, or similar losses.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our total liability, if any, is limited to the service fees actually paid to us for the specific matter giving rise to the claim.

This limitation applies even where a delay, refusal, or loss is connected to a third-party authority, policy change, or external event outside our control.

10) Privacy

We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website or services, you acknowledge that personal information may be collected, used, stored, and shared as described there where relevant to your case or inquiry.

You should review the separate Privacy Policy page for more detail about data handling, retention, rights, and contact methods for privacy-related questions.

11) Changes to this Disclaimer

We may update this Disclaimer at any time to reflect changes in the website, services, business operations, or legal context. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.

Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted indicates acceptance of the updated version to the extent permitted by law.
