Visa Support Thailand is a private visa and immigration support business. We are not a government agency and we are not affiliated with Thai Immigration, the Royal Thai Police, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, any embassy, any consulate, or any other public authority.
Official decisions are made solely by the government authority or institution handling your matter. Any approval, refusal, request for additional documents, timing, or policy interpretation remains outside our control.
3) No legal advice and no law firm relationship
We do not provide legal advice and we are not a law firm. Nothing on this website, in our communications, or in our services creates an attorney-client relationship.

5) Client responsibility

We are not responsible for refusals, delays, penalties, missed deadlines, or complications caused by:
